Nevertheless I’M IBIZA is not a travel agency and is not itself the direct organizer of the events and experiences proposed on the web site, but is simply a commercial link that connects users to third-party companies that offer their services on our platform.
2.2 We recommend that you pay attention to the terms of use, as they contain important information about your rights and their limitations. The terms of use are applied to any use of services offered by IM IBIZA. By accessing and / or using the services, the user confirms that he has read these terms of use and accepts them in their full form.
3. Use of IM IBIZA Services
3.1 The user declares that all information transmitted during the use of the services and the purchase procedures are true and of their own legal and fiscal origin, and that they are in the legal age to use the web site.

6. Experience, Events and Reservations
6.1 I’M IBIZA is an independent platform that offers services, products, experiences and events of local third-party companies. No details and policy of the event are subject to the control or management by IM IBIZA, therefore any suggestions, observations, or complaints from the user must be addressed directly to the provider of the service or product purchased.
6.2 IM IBIZA does not act as a guarantor with regard to user satisfaction with the experience purchased, and recommends the user to read the terms and conditions on the contract entered into with third parties.
6.3 IM IBIZA is not the owner of any of the products, services and experiences offered on the site (except for some products with the relative wording of direct belonging to the company). By making a reservation on IM IBIZA, the user agrees to read the terms and conditions set directly by the provider of the service purchased and any other rules related to the product itself.
6.4 By making a reservation, the user declares to be of age and to be fully entitled to be able to make reservations and enter into purchase contracts with suppliers for himself and for third parties only if previously authorized. He also declares the veracity of his profile at the time of purchase and the legitimacy of the payment made.
7. Pricing policies

8. Payment policies

10. TRAVEL PLANNER
10.1 The Travel Planner is a service offered by independent professionals who by registering on the I’M IBIZA platform make their time, resources, contacts and multi-year knowledge available to the user on the island and for any type of activity and service requested.
10.2 The Travel Planner is a freelance and independent figure, not bound by any employment contract with IM IBIZA. The professional relationship between IM IBIZA and a Travel Planner is governed by the stipulation of a commercial collaboration agreement between the parties. Therefore, the user declares to understand that any discord or dissatisfaction with the service must be addressed directly and exclusively to the commissioned Travel Planner.
10.3 The user declares to understand that there is no obligation for I’M IBIZA to check the quality of the service provided by the Travel Planner, nor on the methods of purchase and the quality of products, events, services purchased through the travel planner at exterior of the I’M IBIZA platform.
10.4 The user agrees to purchase the service without the right of withdrawal when the first electronic correspondence with the professional figure takes place. The right to a full refund remains unaffected when a Travel Planner does not issue any type of response within 24 hours of booking.
10.5 IM IBIZA does not guarantee at any time the quality of the service provided by the Travel Planner who is an independent worker who uses the IM IBIZA website to promote himself and his services.
10.6 The user agrees to purchase the service with the right of withdrawal until the last day of their holiday in Ibiza when the service doesn’t satisfy the expectation. The right to a full refund remains related exclusively to the “Travel Planner Service” (the consultancy and availability of responding to questions and information to the client) and does not include any kind of refund from, experience, events, excursion or any kind of product or service provided by the travel planner thru third part such as events organizer, rental cars, boat charter, excursion organized, not related to IM IBIZA agency
